"Time Flies, Blue Tit Bird" is one of a new series of paintings that are inspired by adages about time. It features a Blue European Tit Bird—with a pocket watch that functions as a working clock—clutched in its feet.
 
Painted in oil on 11" x 14" cradled basswood panel with clock face laser engraved for precision. A sawtooth hanger has been installed at the back for easy wall hanging.
 
A high precision quartz clock mechanism is embedded into the painting. It offers watchmaker’s accuracy and dependability, is equipped with sweeping motion (no ticking), and is powered by a AA battery (included).
