"Bee on Time" is one of a new series of paintings that are inspired by adages about time. It features a bee on a pocket watch, with a meadow of daisies in the background. This is actually less of an adage and more of a reminder to those who are usually fashionably late!
 
Painted in oil on 14" x 11" cradled basswood panel with clock face laser engraved for precision. A sawtooth hanger has been installed at the back for easy wall hanging.
 
A high precision quartz clock mechanism is embedded into the painting. It offers watchmaker’s accuracy and dependability, is equipped with sweeping motion (no ticking), and is powered by a AA battery (included).
